သစၥာသိျမင္ဘုရားရွင္ကို
သင္တို႕ဟာ ဘယ္လိုအေၾကာင္းနဲ႕ ဆြဲေဆာင္ႏုိင္မွာလဲ။

ျမတ္စြာဘုရားကို ဘဝတစ္ခုခုေရာက္ေအာင္ ဆြဲေဆာင္ႏိုင္ဖို႕အတြက္
ပိုက္ကြန္နဲ႕တူတဲ့၊ အဆိပ္နဲ႕တူတဲ့ တဏွာေလာဘ မရိွေတာ့ပါဘူး။
အကုန္အစံုအနႏၱသိတဲ့၊ တဏွာရာဂျဖစ္စရာအေၾကာင္းမရိွတဲ့၊
သစၥာသိျမင္ဘုရားရွင္ကို
သင္တို႕ဟာ ဘယ္လိုအေၾကာင္းနဲ႕ ဆြဲေဆာင္ႏုိင္မွာလဲ။

179. By what track can you trace that trackless Buddha of limitless range, whose victory nothing can undo, whom none of the vanquished
defilements can ever pursue?

ကိေလသာၿငိမ္းေအးျခင္းမွာ ေပ်ာ္ေမြ႕ၾကပါတယ္။
သစၥာေလးပါးျမတ္တရားကိုသိတဲ့၊ သတိရိွတဲ့
ဘုရားရွင္အစရိွတဲ့ အဲဒီသူေတာ္ေကာင္းေတြကို
နတ္ျဗဟၼာေတြလည္း ခ်စ္ျမတ္ႏိုးၾကပါတယ္။

၁၈၁. ေဒေဝါေရာဟနဝတၳဳ (၁၈၁)
ေယ ဈာနပသုတာ ဓီရာ၊ ေနကၡမၼဴပသေမ ရတာ။
ေဒဝါပိ ေတသံ ပိဟယႏၲိ၊ သမၺဳဒၶါနံ သတီမတံ။

181. Those wise ones who are devoted to meditation and who delight in the calm of renunciation—such mindful ones,
Supreme Buddhas, even the gods hold dear.

ၾကံဳၾကိဳက္ခဲစြာ သာသနာ၊ တို႕မွာ ၾကံဳလာၿပီ ( ဓ- ၁၈၂ )
လူအျဖစ္ကိုရဖို႕ ခက္ခဲပါတယ္။
(ေသမ်ိဳးျဖစ္လို႕)သတၱဝါေတြရဲ႕ အသက္ရွင္ဖို႕ ခက္ခဲပါတယ္။
သူေတာ္ေကာင္းတရား နာၾကားရဖို႕ ခက္ခဲပါတယ္။
ျမတ္စြာဘုရားရွင္တို႕ ပြင့္ထြန္းေပၚေပါက္ေတာ္မူဖို႕ ခက္ခဲပါတယ္။

ကိေစၧာ  မႏုႆပဋိလာေဘာ၊ ကိစၧံ မစၥာန ဇီဝိတံ။
ကိစၧံ သဒၶမၼႆဝနံ၊ ကိေစၧာ ဗုဒၶါနမုပၸါေဒါ။

182. Hard is it to be born a man; hard is the life of mortals. Hard is it to gain the opportunity of hearing the Sublime Truth,
and hard to encounter is the arising of the Buddhas.

မွာတမ္းေတာ္ (၁)
မေကာင္းမႈ ေရွာင္၊ ေကာင္းမႈ ေဆာင္၊ ျဖဴေအာင္စိတ္ကိုထား ( ဓ- ၁၈၃ )
မေကာင္းမႈ အကုသိုလ္ဟူသမွ် မျပဳပါနဲ႕။
ေကာင္းမႈကုသိုလ္ေတြ ျဖစ္ပြားျပည့္စံုပါေစ။
ကုိယ့္စိတ္ကို ျဖဴစင္သန္႕ရွင္းပါေစ။
ဒါဟာ ျမတ္စြာဘုရားရွင္အဆူဆူရဲ႕ အဆံုးအမၾသဝါဒေတာ္ ပါပဲ။

၁၈၃. အာနႏၵေတၳရပဥႇာဝတၳဳ (၁၈၃၊ ၁၈၄၊ ၁၈၅)
သဗၺပါပႆ အကရဏံ၊ ကုသလႆ ဥပသမၸဒါ ။
သစိတၱပရိေယာဒပနံ ၊ ဧတံ ဗုဒၶါန သာသနံ။

183. To avoid all evil, to cultivate good,
and to cleanse one’s mind— this is the teaching of the Buddhas.

မွာတမ္းေတာ္ (၂)
သည္းခံ က်င့္သံုး - နိဗၺာန္အျမတ္ဆံုး ( ဓ- ၁၈၄ )
သည္းခံျခင္း ခႏၱီ ဟာ သာလြန္ျမင့္ျမတ္တဲ့အက်င့္ပါ။
နိဗၺာန္ကို သာလြန္ျမင့္ျမတ္တယ္လို႕
ဘုရားရွင္အဆူဆူ မိန္႕ေတာ္မူပါတယ္။
အမွန္စင္စစ္ - စိတ္အညစ္အေၾကးႏွင္ထုတ္သူဟာ သူတစ္ပါးကို မႏွိပ္စက္ပါဘူး။
မေကာင္းမႈေတြၿငိမ္းေစသူဟာ သူတစ္ပါးကို မညွဉ္းဆဲပါဘူး။

၁၈၄. ခႏၲီ ပရမံ တေပါ တိတိကၡာ၊  နိဗၺာနံ  ပရမံ ဝဒႏၲိ ဗုဒၶါ။
န ဟိ ပဗၺဇိေတာ ပ႐ူပဃာတီ၊ န သမေဏာ ေဟာတိ ပရံ ဝိေဟဌယေႏၲာ။

184. Enduring patience is the highest austerity. “Nibbāna is supreme,” say the Buddhas. He is not a true monk who harms another,
nor a true renunciate who oppresses others.

သီလ သမာဓိ ပညာ သိကၡာသံုးျဖာ သာသနာ ( ဓ- ၁၈၅ )
မစြပ္စြဲ မျပစ္မွားျခင္း၊ မညွဉ္းဆဲ မႏွိပ္စက္ျခင္း၊
အလြန္ျမင့္ျမတ္တဲ့သီလမွာ ေစာင့္စည္းလံုျခံဳျခင္း။
အစားအစာမွာ အတိုင္းအတာသိျခင္း၊
တိတ္ဆိတ္ၿငိမ္သက္တဲ့ေနရာမွာ ေနျခင္း၊
ျမင့္ျမတ္တည္ၾကည္တဲ့ သမထဝိပႆနာစိတ္မွာ ၾကိဳးစားအားထုတ္ျခင္း၊
ဒါေတြဟာ ျမတ္စြာဘုရားရွင္အဆူဆူရဲ႕ အဆံုးအမၾသဝါဒေတာ္ေတြပါ။

၁၈၅. အႏူပဝါေဒါ အႏူပဃာေတာ ၊ ပါတိေမာေကၡ စ သံဝေရာ။
မတၱညဳတာ စ ဘတၱသၼႎ၊ ပႏၲၪၥ သယနာသနံ။
အဓိစိေတၱ စ အာေယာေဂါ၊ ဧတံ ဗုဒၶါန သာသနံ။

185. Not despising, not harming, restraint according to the code of monastic discipline, moderation in food, dwelling in solitude,
devotion to meditation—this is the teaching of the Buddhas.

တဏွာကုန္ရာ ျမတ္ခ်မ္းသာ ( ဓ- ၁၈၆၊ ၁၈၇ )
ေရႊမိုးေငြမိုး ရတနာမိုး ရြာရင္လည္း
ကာမဂုဏ္အာရံုေတြမွာ တင္းတိမ္ေရာင့္ရဲ အလိုျပည့္မွာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။
ကာမဂုဏ္အာရံုေတြဟာ သာယာစရာနည္းပါး၊ ဒုကၡမ်ားပါတယ္။
ဒီလို သိနားလည္တဲ့ ပညာရိွဟာ
နတ္ေတြရဲ႕ စည္းစိမ္ခ်မ္းသာ ကာမဂုဏ္မွာေတာင္ မတပ္မက္ေတာ့ပါဘူး။
ျမတ္ဗုဒၶရဲ႕ တပည့္သာဝကဟာ
တဏွာကုန္ခန္းရာ ခ်မ္းသာစစ္မွန္ ျမတ္နိဗၺာန္မွာပဲ ေပ်ာ္ေမြ႕ပါတယ္။

၁၈၆. အနဘိရတိဘိကၡဳဝတၳဳ (၁၈၆၊ ၁၈၇)
န ကဟာပဏဝေႆန၊ တိတၱိ ကာေမသု ဝိဇၨတိ။
အပၸႆာဒါ ဒုခါ ကာမာ၊ ဣတိ ဝိညာယ ပ႑ိေတာ။
၁၈၇. အပိ ဒိေဗၺသု ကာေမသု၊ ရတႎ ေသာ နာဓိဂစၧတိ။
တဏွကၡယရေတာ ေဟာတိ၊ သမၼာသမၺဳဒၶသာဝေကာ။

186-187. There is no satisfying sensual desires, even with the rain of gold coins. For sensual pleasures give little satisfaction and much pain.
Having understood this, the wise man finds no delight even in heavenly pleasures. The disciple of the Supreme Buddha delights
in the destruction of craving.

ကိုးကြယ္မွားက ဆင္းရဲရ ( ဓ- ၁၈၈၊ ၁၈၉ )
လူေတြဟာ တကယ္ေတာ့ ေဘးရန္အႏၱရာယ္ကို ထိတ္လန္႕ေၾကာက္ရြံ႕တဲ့အတြက္
ေတာင္ေတြ၊ ေတာေတြ၊ ဥယ်ာဥ္ျခံေျမ သစ္ပင္ၾကီးေတြ ...စတာေတြ ကို ေစတီအမွတ္နဲ႕ ကိုးကြယ္ဆည္းကပ္တာပါ။

ဒီလို(ေတာေတာင္သစ္ပင္ ... ေတြကို) ကိုးကြယ္တာဟာ ေဘးကင္းရန္ကြာ ခ်မ္းသာေစတဲ့ ကိုးကြယ္ရာ အစစ္အမွန္ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။
ျမင့္ျမတ္တဲ့ကိုးကြယ္ရာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။
ဒီကိုးကြယ္တာကို အေၾကာင္းျပဳၿပီး ဆင္းရဲဒုကၡအားလံုးကေန မလြတ္ေျမာက္ႏုိင္ပါဘူး။

၁၈၈. အဂၢိဒတၱျဗာဟၼဏ (၁၈၈ - ၁၉၂)
ဗဟုံ ေဝ သရဏံ ယႏၲိ၊ ပဗၺတာနိ ဝနာနိ စ။
အာရာမ႐ုကၡေစတ်ာနိ၊ မႏုႆာ ဘယတဇၨိတာ။
၁၈၉. ေနတံ ေခါ သရဏံ ေခမံ၊ ေနတံ သရဏမုတၱမံ။
ေနတံ သရဏမာဂမၼ၊ သဗၺဒုကၡာ ပမုစၥတိ။

188. Driven only by fear, do men go for refuge to many places—
to hills, woods, groves, trees and shrines.
189. Such, indeed, is no safe refuge; such is not the refuge supreme. Not by resorting to such a refuge is one released from all suffering.

စစ္မွန္ျမင့္ျမတ္ေသာ ကိုးကြယ္ရာ ( ဓ- ၁၉၀၊ ၁၉၁၊ ၁၉၂)
ဘုရား၊ တရား၊ သံဃာ ရတနာျမတ္သံုးပါးကို
ယံုၾကည္သိမွတ္ ကိုးကြယ္ဆည္းကပ္တာသူဟာ
သစၥာေလးပါး ျမတ္တရားကို
ဝိပႆနာဉာဏ္ပညာႏွင့္ ေကာင္းေကာင္းသိျမင္ႏုိင္ပါတယ္။

(ရုပ္နာမ္ခႏၶာဟာ) ဆင္းရဲအမွန္ ဒုကၡသစၥာ၊
(တဏွာဟာ) ဒုကၡျဖစ္ျခင္းရဲ႕အေၾကာင္းရင္းမွန္ သမုဒယသစၥာ၊
(နိဗၺာန္ဟာ) ဒုကၡမွလြတ္ေျမာက္ရာအမွန္ နိေရာဓသစၥာ၊
ဒုကၡၿငိမ္းရာ နိဗၺာန္ေရာက္ေၾကာင္း ျမင့္ျမတ္တဲ့ မဂၢင္ရွစ္ပါးလမ္းမွန္ မဂၢသစၥာ ကို
ဝိပႆနာဉာဏ္ပညာႏွင့္ ေကာင္းေကာင္းသိျမင္ႏုိင္ပါတယ္။

သစၥာေလးပါးျမတ္တရားကို ပိုင္းျခားသိျမင္သူရဲ႕
ဘုရား တရား သံဃာ ဆိုတဲ့ ကိုးကြယ္ရာဟာ
ေဘးကင္းရန္ကြာ အလြန္ခ်မ္းသာတဲ့ ကိုးကြယ္ရာ အစစ္အမွန္ပါပဲ။
တုႏိႈင္းမရ ျမင့္ျမတ္လွတဲ့ ကိုးကြယ္ရာပါ။
ရတနာျမတ္သံုးပါး ကိုးကြယ္တဲ့ပုဂၢိဳလ္ဟာ
ဒီကိုးကြယ္မႈကို အေၾကာင္းျပဳၿပီး ဒုကၡအားလံုးကေန လြတ္ေျမာက္ႏုိင္ပါတယ္။

၁၉၀. ေယာ  စ ဗုဒၶၪၥ ဓမၼၪၥ၊ သံဃၪၥ သရဏံ ဂေတာ။
စတၱာရိ အရိယသစၥာနိ၊ သမၼပၸညာယ ပႆတိ။
၁၉၁. ဒုကၡံ ဒုကၡသမုပၸါဒံ၊ ဒုကၡႆ စ အတိကၠမံ။
အရိယံ စ႒ဂႋကံ မဂၢံ၊ ဒုကၡဴပသမဂါမိနံ။
၁၉၂. ဧတံ ေခါ သရဏံ ေခမံ၊ ဧတံ သရဏမုတၱမံ။
ဧတံ သရဏမာဂမၼ၊ သဗၺဒုကၡာ ပမုစၥတိ။

190-191. He who has gone for refuge to the Buddha,
the Teaching and his Order, penetrates with transcendental wisdom
the Four Noble Truths—suffering, the cause of suffering,
the cessation of suffering, and the Noble Eightfold Path
leading to the cessation of suffering.
192. This indeed is the safe refuge,  this is the refuge supreme.
Having gone to such a refuge, one is released from all suffering.

လာျခင္းေကာင္းေသာ ဧည့္သည္ေတာ္( ဓ- ၁၉၃ )
အာဇာနည္ပုဂၢိဳလ္ျမတ္ကို ရဖို႕ ခက္ခဲပါတယ္။
မ်ိဳးႏြယ္တုိင္း ေနရာတိုင္းမွာ မျဖစ္ေပၚႏုိင္ပါဘူး။
ပညာရိွအာဇာနည္ပုဂၢိဳလ္ျမတ္ ျဖစ္ေပၚတဲ့ အမ်ိဳးအႏြယ္ဟာ ခ်မ္းသာၾကီးပြားပါတယ္။

၁၉၃. အာနႏၵေတၳရပဥႇာဝတၳဳ (၁၉၃)
ဒုလႅေဘာ ပုရိသာဇေညာ၊ န ေသာ သဗၺတၳ ဇာယတိ။
ယတၳ ေသာ ဇာယတိ ဓီေရာ၊ တံ ကုလံ သုခေမဓတိ။

193. Hard to find is the thoroughbred man (the Buddha); he is not born everywhere. Where such a wise man is born, that clan thrives happily.

သတၱဝါေတြ ခ်မ္းသာေစဖို႕ ဗုဒၶျမတ္စြာ ပြင့္ခဲ့ပါသည္ ( ဓ- ၁၉၄ )
ျမတ္စြာဘုရားရွင္တုိ႕ရဲ႕ ပြင့္ထြန္းေပၚေတာ္မူျခင္းဟာ ခ်မ္းသာေၾကာင္းပါ။
သူေတာ္ေကာင္းတရားကို ေဟာၾကား နာၾကားျခင္းဟာ ခ်မ္းသာေၾကာင္းပါ။
(သံဃာ) အေပါင္းအစုရဲ႕ ညီညြတ္ျခင္းဟာ ခ်မ္းသာေၾကာင္းပါ။
ညီညြတ္သူေတြရဲ႕ (ေကာင္းျမတ္တဲ့) အက်င့္ဟာ ခ်မ္းသာေၾကာင္းပါ။

၁၉၄.  သမၺဟုလဘိကၡဳဝတၳဳ (၁၉၄)
သုေခါ ဗုဒၶါနမုပၸါေဒါ၊ သုခါ သဒၶမၼေဒသနာ။
သုခါ သံဃႆ သာမဂၢီ၊ သမဂၢါနံ တေပါ သုေခါ။

194. Blessed is the birth of the Buddhas;
blessed is the enunciation of the sacred Teaching;
blessed is the harmony in the Order,
and blessed is the spiritual pursuit of the united truth-seeker.

ေကာင္းက်ိဳးအနႏၱ ေရတြက္မရ ( ဓ- ၁၉၅၊ ၁၉၆ )
တဏွာ မာန ဒိ႒ိ သံသရာနယ္ခ်ဲ႕တရား သံုးပါးကို လြန္ေျမာက္ၿပီးတဲ့၊
စိုးရိမ္ပူေဆြးငိုေၾကြးတာေတြကို လြန္ေျမာက္ၿပီးတဲ့၊
ကိေလသာမီး ၿငိမ္းေအးၿပီးတဲ့၊ ေဘးရန္မရိွေတာ့တဲ့
အႏိႈင္းမဲ့ျမတ္ဗုဒၶ၊ ပေစၥကဗုဒၶ ႏွင့္ ျမတ္ဗုဒၶသာဝကေတြကို
ပူေဇာ္သူေတြရဲ႕ ကုသိုလ္ေကာင္းမႈဟာ ဒီေလာက္၊ ဒီေလာက္ပဲ ရိွတယ္လို႕
တစ္ေယာက္ေယာက္မွ ေရတြက္ဖို႕ မတတ္စြမ္းႏုိင္ပါဘူး။ (မေရတြက္ႏိုင္ပါဘူး)
၁၉၅. ကႆပဒသဗလႆ သုဝဏၰေစတိယ(၁၉၅-၁၉၆)
ပူဇာရေဟ ပူဇယေတာ၊ ဗုေဒၶ ယဒိ ဝ သာဝေက။
ပပၪၥသမတိကၠေႏၲ၊ တိဏၰေသာကပရိဒၵေဝ။
၁၉၆. ေတ တာဒိေသ ပူဇယေတာ၊ နိဗၺဳေတ အကုေတာဘေယ။
န သကၠာ ပုညံ သခၤါတုံ၊ ဣေမတၱမပိ ေကနစိ။

195-196. He who reveres those worthy of reverence,
the Buddhas and their disciples, who have transcended all obstacles and passed beyond the reach of sorrow and lamentation—
he who reveres such peaceful and fearless ones,
his merit none can compute by any measure.

(( မွတ္စု ၁၄။ ။ မေကာင္းမႈေရွာင္၊ ေကာင္းမႈေဆာင္၊
ျဖဴေအာင္ စိတ္ကိုထားတာဟာ
ျမတ္ဗုဒၶကို အက်င့္တရားနဲ႕ ပူေဇာ္တာပါပဲ။
သီလ သမာဓိ ပညာ သိကၡာသံုးပါး ကို ျဖည့္က်င့္တာဟာ
အျမင့္ျမတ္ဆံုးပူေဇာ္ျခင္းပါ။

ျမတ္ဗုဒၶရဲ႕ ဂုဏ္ေတာ္ေတြဟာ မၾကံစည္ႏိုင္ေလာက္ေအာင္
အလြန္အင္မတန္ မ်ားျပားၾကီးမားတာေၾကာင့္ -
ျမတ္ဗုဒၶကို ၾကည္ညိဳျမတ္ႏိုး ကုိးကြယ္ဆည္းကပ္ပူေဇာ္သူရဲ႕
ေကာင္းမႈအက်ိဳးဟာလည္း မၾကံစည္ႏုိင္ေလာက္ေအာင္
ၾကီးမားမ်ားျပားလွပါတယ္။

ျမတ္စြာဘုရားရွင္ဟာ လူ၊နတ္၊ျဗဟၼာ သတၱဝါအားလံုးရဲ႕ အျမတ္တႏိုး တန္ဖိုးထားစရာ အႏိႈင္းမဲ့ရတနာပါ။

ရတနာျမတ္သံုးပါး ကိုးကြယ္တဲ့ပုဂၢိဳလ္ဟာ ဒီကိုးကြယ္မႈကို အေၾကာင္းျပဳၿပီး
ဒုကၡအားလံုးကေန လြတ္ေျမာက္ႏုိင္ပါတယ္။

ကိေလသာ ဝါသနာအထံုအေငြ႕ပါမက်န္ ကင္းစင္ေတာ္မူေသာ ျမတ္ဗုဒၶ။
ဆိတ္ကြယ္၌ပင္ မေကာင္းမႈကို ျပဳေတာ္မမူေသာ ျမတ္ဗုဒၶ။
ပူေဇာ္အထူးကို ခံယူေတာ္မူထိုက္ေသာ ျမတ္ဗုဒၶ။

သိစရာအားလံုးကို အမွန္အတုိင္း ကိုယ္ပုိင္ဉာဏ္ျဖင့္ သိေတာ္မူေသာ ျမတ္ဗုဒၶ။
သတၱဝါအေပါင္းတို႕အား တရားေရေအး အၿမိဳက္ေဆး
